The tools I received were a bit different from what was pictured, but honestly, it's an upgrade! There are even more tools included, and I love that they provide two pairs of scissors—one big and one small, which is super thoughtful. As for the ronghua-making process, let's just say it's proving to be more challenging than I anticipated. Wish me luck! I'll need it 😅

I'm not quite at the level where I can whip up something like this bag from scratch, so I went ahead and got one that was already finished. I was absolutely floored by the design and quality. It might not have that machine-perfect precision, but there's something so special about the hand embroidery. Thank you!

I was kinda expecting it to be a bit bigger, but this size is actually the cutest for this design! It can totally fit a slim lipstick inside.

Love these traditional tiger baby shoes. I got the Finished item because I don’t trust my own handicraft skills lol. They’re so well-made and chock full of little tiny details, like the little bronze bells around the tigers’ necks, the tiny golden bead that’s the pupil of the tigers’ eyes and the layers of embroidery in the eyes, nose, and mouth. Plus the little tail complete with tiger stripes is just too cute.

The colors photograph so well too. Love love love these shoes.

In 2019, we visited Shangri-la and found this neat crafts store. I kinda regretted not picking up something as a keepsake. Thanks to you, their stuff's online now! Got myself this black clay coffee mug, feels like a piece of Shangri-la at home!

The instruction is in Chinese, but the shop owner gave clear guidance on how to translate it. I also watched the videos on the YouTube channel, which has been very helpful.

I am still working on it. Added some beads on the back for more texture, and not sure if it is a good idea now... Overall it is much more complicated than I thought, but still a fun project. Thank you.

Thanks for the DIY Kit! It was quite fun. I am not very experienced in embroidery but the outcome is satisfactory (at least for me lol!)
